I'm so happy to share this episode with my good friend, Michelle Winder.  Michelle is a mom to two beautiful girls and wife to a wonderful husband.  She is just three years shy of being sober and loves to exercise and be a boss!

In this episode, we talk about Michelle's journey to getting sober and what her drinking looked like before she quit.  We also talk about her love of fitness and lifting weight and how that love led her to her new business as a Beachbody Coach.

Michelle and I talk about the MLM business and network marketing and her doubts before she decided to join.  If you have ever questions network marketing and are thinking of getting involved, this is a great episode for you!

Michelle has been an entrepreneur, a small business owner and is always aspiring to do better ~ she loves life!  Her love of fitness led to her new business as a Beachbody Coach.  Michelle coaches other women to reach their full potential in their health and fitness.

Michelle has encouraged so many through her daily social media; one of her favorite things is helping and inspiring others.  She has a huge heart and wants everyone to feel that they belong and are the best versions of themselves.

Michelle practices gratitude daily and loves to cook! She also loves spending time in her backyard and practice meditation. She say's her yard has all of the things ~ water, wind chimes, big beautiful trees and colorful flowerbeds.
