Episode 36 

I'm so excited to share this interview with my friend, Lauren Meers.  Lauren is an NLP Practioner, Wellness Consultant with Arbonne, and she has a degree in Psychology.  

Lauren is also a woman in recovery who is so motivational you are going to FEEL the energy during this interview.  

Lauren talks about being consistent in business and in life and using a 90-day cycle to reach your goals.  She also talks about unlearning things we were taught in our past ~ it is SO good! Lauren also talks about her motivation to start her own business and the quality of the skin care and nutrition products that she uses daily.

Lauren Meers has a B.S. in Psychology (with an emphasis in Family and Counseling), from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Lauren is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, focusing on stress reduction, new behaviors, business development, and goal visualization. Lauren provides healthy habit framework and structured solutions to daily stresses for busy people. While there is always room to improve ourselves, truly acknowledging and accepting why we do what we do is a key piece to our wellness puzzle. 

Lauren's own journey to seeking better health by connecting mind, body, and spirit demonstrates that the key to our success is created through our intentional habits and consistency in our daily routine. Lauren is a wellness consultant with Arbonne International, where she helps others enhance their health, inside and out, using clean and safe wellness products and create improved daily habits. Lauren has over thirteen years of experience in the health and fitness industry, concentrating on sports nutrition and coaching.  

Lauren believes our true health is reflected in all the components of our daily environment, and even the smallest mindful changes can enhance our quality of life. Lauren's goal is to share easy habit shifts and mindset reframing so others can find peace of mind and thrive in their daily experiences. When we live with purpose we are able to achieve meaningful goals, help others, and give back to the community around us.
