This episode is for you if you are experiencing sadness when you look in the mirror. Let me explain; I had a "poor me" day recently that I shared on my social media. I looked in the mirror and said "WTF" is happening to my face. It then snowballed into a "pick-a-part" morning of all of my imperfections, and I felt old and tired from the energy I expelled being down on myself.
We do not have time for self-sabotage in midlife!
