In this Sitch (Situation) on Saturday I'm breaking down the reasons WHY women in the middle of life should exercise, and tips to get started on an exercise program. 

Here is the situation:  I hate to exercise but know I need to.  What do I do?

5 things to get started but first 5 reasons why ALL women in the middle of this one, beautiful life need to exercise:

#1 Mentality Shift - Mood enhancement

#2 Glowing, youthful skin - you cannot bottle it.  I looked older at 40 than I do at 50.

#3 Confidence booster - your clothes fit better, you feel strong and have pride in yourself.

#4  Better sleep which helps you focus during the day on better food choices.  

#5 Stronger bones to prevent osteoporosis and broken bones - stiffness/ joint aches

Getting STARTED:

#1 Make exercise a commitment to yourself instead of something you “have” to do, it’s something you “get” to do.  

#2 Start with 10 - moderate

#3 Count your daily activities as exercise and start to zone in on how you are using your body to burn calories.

#4 Make it FUN - add music

#5 Get an accountability buddy or coach
